The ATI-18T dump trailer is designed and manufactured for demanding tasks. The design of the trailer has taken into account the requirements of heavy professional use without compromising the versatility of the trailer for a wide range of tasks.
The tipping frame of the ATI-18T is designed to match the dimensions of a wide range of demountable trailer bodies. This allows the use of different trailer bodies on the same frame according to individual needs.
Torsionally rigid frame
The frame of the trailer and tipping bed is made from S420 structural steel. Combined with carefully designed structural solutions, the high-grade structural steel provides a sturdy and torsionally rigid frame that does not flex.
Hydraulic drawbar suspension
The ATI-18T dump trailer comes standard with hydraulic drawbar suspension that cushions impacts from uneven road surfaces and facilitates pulling without putting stress on the tractor. The hydraulic drawbar can also be raised when emptying the trailer to increase the tipping angle.
Hydraulic and sturdy bogie
The ATI-18T dump trailer has an articulated hydraulic bogie that minimises maintenance and increases the service life. The swing axle is lower than the wheel hub axles, allowing the drawbar to rise lightly and steadily over obstacles. The bogie can be adjusted hydraulically, making it possible to raise one of the axles. Thanks to the hydraulically adjustable bogie, the load on the bogie can also be shifted more towards the rear axle when tipping to further increase stability.
Suits a wide range of demountable trailer bodies
The ATI-18T dump trailer has been designed so that the tipping frame matches the dimensions of a wide range of demountable trailer bodies. This allows the use of different trailer bodies on the same frame according to individual needs. The ATI-18T can be delivered without a trailer body or with a dump trailer, grain trailer, machine transport trailer or other type of trailer according to individual needs.
The materials and wall thicknesses of the trailer bodies can be selected according to their intended task. The material options are S355, Strenx or Hardox.
